ProsperoHub is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner and digital business consultancy. It helps B2B companies implement, migrate to and get more from HubSpot through fixed-scope projects and ongoing support retainers, with clients across EMEA and APAC. In 2025 the business became part of Siloy, a global HubSpot partner group headquartered in the Netherlands.

Embedded finance

Soon after joining the Siloy group in 2025, ProsperoHub’s internal management accountant moved on. The business now had a group reporting calendar to meet and a mix of retainers and milestone-billed projects to invoice, with much of the finance workload falling to the Co CEO. It needed a finance function that could run reliably day to day and report to both local management and the group CFO office. As part of a larger group company, ProsperoHub is an audited UK subsidiary with a clear need for verifiable records and a finance process that is robust enough to meet the demands of an annual financial audit.

Services Provided

Evalua8 has supported ProsperoHub since April 2026, running management accounting and controllership as an embedded part of the team, reporting to ProsperoHub management and to Siloy’s group finance office. Our main areas of focus are

• Billing and invoicing: Raising project invoices as and when they occur and can range between 30 – 40 in numbers per month. Retainers run on automated recurring invoicing in Xero. Project invoicing follows the milestone schedule in each SOW, with a monthly review with the revenue owner so nothing goes unbilled or missing
• Bookkeeping and transaction processing: Bank and credit card transactions processed and supporting documents maintained with a clear audit trail. This is aimed at resolving any year end audit queries fast and efficiently. 
• Revenue recognition: Monthly deferred income and work-in-progress accounting, so project revenue is accounted for and meeting FRS standards and changes that came by for all entities with reporting financial year ends post Jan 2026. 
• Month-end close and management reporting: Balance sheet reconciliations, month-on-month variance analysis and draft management accounts with management by the 9th. Books are closed by the 10th to meet group HQ timetables.
• Group reporting support: Responding to Siloy HQ requests for cash position, cost forecasts and variance explanations, plus intercompany accounting support for Siloy’s UK parent company.
• Accounts receivable and credit control: Systematic chasing through Xero, backed by weekly follow-up with deal owners and client contacts.
• Accounts payable and payroll: Supplier bills prepared and queued for payment approval, monthly payroll and pensions with automated payroll submissions through Xero.
• VAT: Quarterly VAT returns with a full reconciliation each quarter.
• HMRC enquiry support: Assisting the business through ongoing HMRC enquiries with specialist support from full qualified senior finance resource/s of Evalua8
